We can build your dream home

Botanic Homes build both one-off houses and specialist developments. If you are planning to build, we can offer you a house of high build quality, with low energy demand - an ideal combination.

The illustrations shown here are suggested designs, which you can use to help you decide on the style, shape and size of your new home.

Once you've decided on your own personal design, you can work with an Architect or draughtsman to draw up final plans.

House production

When you set about building your dream home, you want to know that you are getting a building of quality from a company with expertise in design, quality controlled production, construction expertise and tradesmanship.

At Botanic Homes, we understand that fulfilling your requirements is fundamental to our success. That is why we supply only quality homes, designed and constructed to the best European standards.

Passive or low energy?

While all Botanic Homes are built to the highest levels of insulation, draught-proofing, triple glazing and thermal bridging, all of which will lower the heat requirement of your home, there are factors which can work against this. Orientation, proportion of north and south facing windows, exposure to wind and other factors can all mitigate against reducing the heat load. Remember that while a Passive House must have a heat load of 15 kWh/(m²a), a low energy house of (say) 20 kWh/(m²a) is still a much better build than a conventional house wwith a heat load of (say) 50 kWh/(m²a).
